The Zamfara state Governor, Bello Matawalle has presented the 2023 appropriation bill tagged “Budget of peace and Development” to the State House of Assembly.
Security, Education, Agriculture, Health and Humanitarian Services take the highest. While presenting the Budget, the governor said it will help in bringing lasting peace and rapid development in the state.
Mr. Matawalle added that the 2023 budget is unique as is the last in his first term in Office as Governor.
Responding, the Speaker of the Zamfara state House of Assembly Nasiru Mu’azu Magarya assures of speedy passage of the budget.
